    Time management is one of the most important concepts addressed by many thinkers and scholars in modern management, in addition to the most important researchers who have conducted scientific research to highlight the relationship between time and management, as the latter is a resource that cannot be underestimated if it is well exploited. It is considered as a limitation that must be seriously planned for. Which indicates the importance of time in the life of the institution and its impact on other resources, for example, whether material, financial or even human. Therefore, time has become a source of privilege, as time management contributes greatly to creating a competitive advantage, and we will seek through this research to identify the most important laws and theories that are concerned with time management
