Item A contribution to the assessement of control systems precision(2009) Meglouli, H.; Naoui, Y.; Ait Hocine, FadilaDependability is one of the control systems properties that characterizes their reliabilities and possesses in addition the following advantages: it characterizes sufficiently the reliability of the system, its variations with respect to time, it models the reliability of the system, its variations with respect to time, it determines the efficiency, the implementation and exploitation costs of the control systems. The nowadays methods applied to improve the control systems dependability ca be used during the conception and production phases. In this paper, we propose a theoretical approach for estimation that shows the contribution of an adaptive principle to improve the reliability of the control systems. Moreover we will prove how the certainty of the computed results of the good functioning probability of such control systems will depend on the fact that if we consider or not the adaptive control algorithms according to the state of the system and its prediction resultsItem Determination of the optimal preventive maintenance of the reserve source in the industrial electric network(2006) Bouguerra, M.; Meglouli, H.; Habi, I.The great majority of the electric installations belong to the first and second category. In order to ensure a high level of reliability of their electric system feeder, two power supply sources are envisaged, one principal , the other of reserve, generally a cold reserve (electric diesel group). The principal source being under operation, it’s control can be ideal and sure, however for the reserve source being in stop, a preventive maintenance’s which proceed on time intervals (periodicity) and for well defined lengths of time are envisaged, so that this source will always available in case of the principal source failure. The choice of the periodicity of preventive maintenance of the source of reserve influences directly the reliability of the electric feeder system. On the basis of the semimarkovians processes, the influence of the periodicity of the preventive maintenance of the source of reserve is studied and is given the optimal periodicityItem Influence of automation introduction to power distribution systems on their reliability(2011) Benouareth, A.; Meglouli, H.Item A new technique based on 3D convolutional neural networks and filtering optical flow maps for action classification in infrared video(Control Engineering and Applied Informatics Journal, 2019) Khebli, A.; Meglouli, H.; Bentabet, L.; Airouche, M.Human action in video sequences provides three-dimensional spatio-temporal signals that characterize both visual appearance and motion dynamics. The aim of this work is to recognize human action in infrared video by focusing mainly on dynamic information. We developed a new technique based on deep 3D convolutional neural networks (3D CNNs) that take optical flow maps as input. Our approach consists mainly of three parts: 1) computation of optical flow maps; 2) filtering of these maps, using an entropy measurement in order to increase the classification rate and reduce the run time by eliminating sequences that do not contain human action; and 3) classification using 3D CNN. The experimental results obtained by our approach on the InfAR dataset show considerable improvement in comparison with results obtained by existing models.Item Reliability analysis of breaker arrangements in distribution substations(Springer, 2017) Bourezg, A.; Meglouli, H.Item Study for a mechanism aided by asynchronous actuator powered by asynchronous diesel generator(Caltek s.r.l., 2011) Meglouli, H.; Ikhlef, B.The modern electric facilities are equipped by a great number of different mechanisms and devices activator by Asynchronous electric Motor (ASM), the power of these motors is equal to the power of the generating devices, where their most complicated working regime is the starting when their power is equal to the power of the generating devices. In this regime we can have an overcharge of the generating devices by the active and reactive power. For this reason, this article is dedicated to the study of the starting methods of asynchronous motors that action the mechanisms and that are powered by Asynchronous Generating Diesel (AGD) with a limited capacity of DRY value and a given couple of resistanceItem Using the schunt active power filter for compensation of the distorted and umbalanced power system voltage(2008) Habi, I.; Bouguerra, M.; Ouahdi, D.; Meglouli, H.In this paper, we apply the PQ theory with shunt active power filter in an unbalanced and distorted power system voltage to compensate the perturbations generated by non linear load. The power factor is also improved in the current source. The PLL system is used to extract the fundamental component of the even sequence under conditions mentioned of the power system voltage
