    The Importance Of Training Human Resources In The Tourism Sector In Algeria

    Tourism activity is characterized by the intensive use of human resources. Therefore, the state that seeks to develop its tourism services must pay primary attention to training workers in this sector and raising their level and professional competence. We will also discuss through this topic the presentation of the training card of the Ministry of Tourism and its evaluation in terms of covering the training needs of the tourism sector in Algeria. Where we conclude that the training policy followed does not allow providing the sector's training needs, and thus a lack in the quality of tourism services.
