Abstract

This article deals with the poetics of colors and their different meanings in the poem “The Song of life” by the Algerian poet IzzedineMihoubi. The presence of colors in this poem is very important, and deserves to be studied and analyzed, in order to try to underline the peculiarity of Mihoubi's use of color specifically through this text, which seems to us to contain good indications for study and analysis. This is in addition to considering that this phenomenon (the phenomenon of the presence of colors in poetry) deserves to be studied and analyzed, because many poets use it in their poems from the ancient era to the present day.
