dc.description.abstractThis study analyzed the foundations of green human resource management (GHRM) through 40 Tunisian companies and 10 HR experts using analytical and statistical methods. It found that GHRM has significantly transformed corporate practices via training and environmental awareness. It recommended a national strategy with financial and training incentives, senior management involvement, and promoting an environmental culture for sustainable adoption.
