Item A comparative analytical study on Algeria’s performance according to the Arab Digital Economy Index during the period 2018 to 2022(M'hamed Bougara-Boumerdes Universty: Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Science, 2023) Boukezata, SalimThis paper aims to analyze the reality and developments of the digital economy in Algeria, in light of the Arab digital economy index (from 2018 to 2022), and to compare its performance with the top eleven Arab countries. The study concluded that Algeria's performance according to this index was very weak, as it ranked last during the various years of the study.Furtermore, despite the improvement in Algeria’s performance in one of the key pillars of the index, which is digital infrastructure, this didn’t reflect positively on the performance of the other pillars such as digital government, innovation, knowledge and technology. The paper also detailed the various sub-indicators of these pillars showing the main weaknesses in the case of Algeria.Item The impact of technological development and innovation on corporate management and governance in Algerian companies.(Université Ziane Achour de Djelfa, 2023) Bouarioua, Rabia; Si Mohand, MounirIn this paper, we will shed light on the impact of technological development on the management of Algerian companies, and its role in enhancing managerial practices. We will use different statistics and reports to describe and understand the current technological situation of Algerian companies and their management. The research shows that Algerian companies have a very deep technological deficiency, and that the Algerian environment does not fulfill the conditions to trigger a technological boom. It appears that technology has a significant impact on the managerial practice as a whole, pushing and enhancing performance in a significant manner. Unfortunately, Algerian companies do not profit from such enhancements and upgrades.Item La maîtrise de la démarche à l’exportation, un atout pour l’internationalisation de l’entreprise algérienne et la promotion des exportations hors hydrocarbures(Université M'Hamed Bougara Boumerdes /Laboratoire de recherche avenir de l’économie algérienne hors hydrocarbure, 2016) Benzerroug, Ramzi MouradIn order to ensure the diversification of the economy and reduce dependence on export earnings from oil and gas, Algeria is making continuous efforts in order to make bets on improving the environment, legislative, institutional and public policies related to promoting exports and exporters, as well as to control the pace of the export process. Nevertheless, public authorities and actors in the sphere of foreign trade abut on various obstacles including poor experience companies, export environment and the establishment of an export strategy. At the same time, the national export outside hydrocarbons champions are making significant efforts that have helped develop for each of them a unique experience to place their products on international marketsItem The strategy of developing the domestic tourism sector in Algeria in light of the Corona pandemic(Université M'Hamed Bougara Boumerdès, 2022) Benchaib, MohamedDomestic (internal) tourism is currently considered as an important strategic option, as it is one of the most important sectors contributing to achieving economic and social development goals, as Algeria has natural, cultural, and heritage tourism potentials that make it a tourist destination and a tourist attraction by excellence, and we have relied in our research on the descriptive approach in an attempt to know the strategy followed by the government in order to advance this sector in light of the significant decline left by the Corona Covid-19 pandemic, the results showed that appropriate strategies must be followed that target the internal tourism markets in order to attract more tourists by providing various services and entertainment at the same time, at competitive prices with diversification of promotional activities and marketing through social networking sites, in addition to attention to monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of tourist destinations and attention to their cleanlinessItem Diversity and distribution of the hymenopterofauna in northern and western Algeria(University of El Oued, 2020) Ghobrini, Khadjidja; Bendifallah, L.; Marniche, F.; Saharaoui, L.The study of the Hymenoptera fauna associated with the Fabaceae is carried out in different environments in the Northern and Western Algeria. Insect sampling was carried out at seven sites representing three regions with different ecosystems and bioclimatic stages, namely: Algiers, Boumerdes and Tissemssilt. The results obtained show a total of 1022 individuals captured representing 59 taxa, distributed in 46 genera and 18 families. Qualitatively, the Boumerdes region is the richest with 648 individuals; it is followed by that of Algiers then Tissemssilt with respectively 191 and 181. In most of the stations, the dominant family in terms of individuals is that of Apidae whose the rate exceeds 60%. The honey bee Apis mellifera intermissa has a remarkable relative abundance varying between 50% and 89%.Item The Job Offer After the Oil Prices Fall in Algeria: A Spatial Analysis using Panel DataApproach (2014-2017)(Université Kasdi Merbah de Ouargla, 2020) Hamdini, Abdallah; Chine, LazharThe present paper analyses the overall employment supply by the four economic sectors offering employment (Industry, Agriculture, Services, and BTPH), based on a spatial analysis for all the Wilayas of Algeria grouped into eleven regional direction of employment (DREM), using panel data approach. The main objective of this research is to present one econometric model that models the employment supply in the eleven regional directions of employment in the same time, to figure out how it varies over the DREMs, and to define the significant job-creating sectors in all these areas after the all prices fall (from 2014 to 2017), using the division and the data of ANEM. Based on the results, unlike the previous studies, the B.T.P.H sector is no more a job-creating sector, but the industrial and the services sectors becomes the most job-creating sectors in Algeria after the oil prices fall shock of 2014, the job offer (employment supply) is heterogeneous among the different regional directions of employment (DREM) except for the region of the center (Algiers) and the region of the East-center (Wilayas of the East-center), which is explained by the existence of the industrial poles and the strategic geographical locations of the two regions. Cependant, il est préférable d’alterner l’usage de différentes familles d’antibiotique afin d’éviter l’apparition de résistancesItem Contribution of Anhydrous Milk Fat to environmental impacts generated by the dairy processing(2015) Younsi, FarroudjaMilk constitutes an important ingredient in the Algerian population diet. it is obtained by recovering process from milk powder or the recombination-based milk powder and anhydrous milk fat (AMF). These are the two main processes in place in Algerian dairies. In this study, carried out in a dairy processing situated in Boudouaou (Algiers), a comparative analysis of these two processes was conducted in order to determinate the contribution to environmental impacts of different basic elements of manufacturing milk. The approach used was based on the life cycle assessment (LCA), which is a standardized method (ISO 14040-14044). Results showed that the milk powder is the main hot spot in almost all the categories under assessment. Furthermore, adding the AMF has allowed the reduction of all impacts of the order of 3 to 6% resulting in a decrease of 4.74 E-02 kgCO eq of Global Warming Potential, 0.21MJ of the consumption of non-renewable energy, a reduction of 2.60 E-03kg SO eq for terrestrial acidification/nitrification potential. A decrease of 0.16kg TEGsoil is recorded to terrestrial ecotoxicity and 2.80 E-05kg PM2.5eq to respiratory inorganics
