Today a strong and rising demand of energy is known because of the technological evolution in various sectors. In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from this energy production, the foremost nations have prioritized the development strategies of resources and energy systems that preserve the environment. In this thesis, a hybrid renewable energy system based on a combination of sustainable and fossil resources with an integration of the new "Power to Gas" concept was developed to explore the feasibility as well as the reliability of this system in a determined location in Algeria. This system consists of a solar and wind resource as well as a Micro Gas Turbine to supply variable power consumption while the excess energy is converted and stored as a gas either Hydrogen or Methane that will be used during production falls to compensate for the deficiency of energy. The management of this system is one of the most important factors which have led to the introduction of artificial intelligence techniques which is known by the fuzzy logic that ensures efficient performance for this systemen_US
