Abstract
This paper presents mechanical and durability properties of natural pozzolana high performance concrete. Concrete’s these properties in a chloride environment improved by replacing 7.5% cement with pozzolana of 9600 cm2/g fineness. Reduction of both water absorption and chlorine ion permeability in the specimen showed that natural pozzolana is not only suitable for high performance concrete but also results in better properties than the control concrete
