Abstract

This Project aims to develop a predictive model for well integrity lifecycle classification and mapping, focusing on casing corrosion and degradation Using Multi-finger Caliper tool data. The model will predict the time until a well’s integrity reaches the Critical Level, the model will also provide a mapping of corrosion trends across the Area of study, enabling a visual representation of high-risk wells for proactive decision-making. A case study on a complex well with historical integrity challenges will be conducted, analysing collected data to identify root causes of casing degradation and evaluate previously implemented solutions. The final output will enable early detection of corrosion-related well integrity issues, optimize maintenance scheduling, reduce intervention costs, and enhance the long-term safety and reliability of water wells.
