dc.description.abstractThe porpose of this work is to study and propose an automation solution and supervision system to a shipping pump system located in the complex CINA in Hassi Messaoud. The oil field characterised by continuous production and extraction of crude oil, the shipping pump are used to transport and deliver the crude for further processing, therefore a high availability automation system is needed to ensure a non-stoppable system (fault tolerant system). SIMATIC STEP7 and Wincc Explorer softwares offered by SIEMENS company are used to configure the system. First we studied and analysed the instrumentation of the installation then we set an automation solution that allow the operator to control and monitor the system over different levels remotely or locally.en_US
