The Purpose of this study is to examine the effect of carbon black content on the characteristics of HDPE/CB composites. In this context, the main areas of investigation are as follows: Perform a number of analyses to evaluate the effects of varying CB loadings on HDPE's mechanical, thermal, and physical properties. Recognize how variations in the material's structural behavior relate to filler dispersion. Determine the ideal loading of carbon black to add to HDPE TR-402 in order to produce a product that satisfies technical requirements while preserving a balance between processability, mechanical strength, and heat resistance.
