dc.description.abstractThis project consists of designing and building an autonomous mobile vehicle platform able to drive itself without human intervention. The appropriate hardware equipments and sensors suitable for the desired tasks and for the vehicle navigation are selected. Moreover, the car architecture is designed. Then, the Robot Operating System (ROS) is used for the software implementation, for sensors and actuators interfaces and for the approach execution. The robot Platform is a microprocessor and microcontroller based system.en_US
