Abstract
The fonctional polymeric matters including polymeric reagents with complex metals and the polymeric supports have an importance in the science of selective polymers thanks to their properties in the field of the organic synthesis. During these last years, these polymeric compounds were applied in several fields, especially in the purification of used water, the separation of heavy metals and more precisely the catalysis. The development of the method of synthesise of the polymeric reagents at base of réticulé copolymer (styrene-divinylbenzene) chlorométhylé followed reaction of quaternation contribute to the development of selective polymers in much of applicability. In our work, one is interested in the application of these polymeric reagents in quality of catalysts for the reaction of chlormethylation of the benzene skeleton like in the case of the purification of industrial worn water
