Abstract
The primary goal of this project is to develop a control system for the flares network of North and South "CINA’s" complex using "Siemens’s SIMATIC PCS neo-V4.0 software", which is a completely web-based process controller. The system is designed to replace the existing "SIMATIC S7-300 controller" with a "SIMATIC S7-4105H CPU" followed by "SIMATIC ET200SP HA" decentralized peripheral (Remote IO). The new system provides improved functionality and reliability, which is crucial for the efficient operation of the flares network. The implementation of the system involved the design and development of a control architecture that uses a distributed control system (DCS) approach. The system utilizes the "PCS neo" platform to provide web-based control and monitoring of the flares network. The "SIMATIC S7-4105H CPU" and "ET200SP HA" peripheral were chosen for their superior performance and reliability.
